I have been a customer for many years and have commissioned several custom pieces along the way. The last one, was pretty botched up and felt pretty pressured to go ahead with the piece even though after the first round I knew it was going in the wrong direction. I belong to several jewelry forums, and have many hundreds of thousands of postings, and have dealt with many online jewelers across the US so I know a thing or two about quality, craftsmanship, price and customer service. I can say that MCJ will not bend their so called policy to keep a return customer. I will not be going back and won't recommend them either.
