While the massage was good, their business practices are AWFUL!!!!!!!!!
During my initial consultation, one of the questions asked on the form and in person is if you have a FSA account (which I do). The sales lady insisted that massages are covered under FSA and that I could just pay with my FSA card since the transactions are approved. Luckily, I don't have a FSA debit card and I have to submit my expenses and get reimbursed. She failed to inform me that in order for the massages to be covered, I would need a doctors prescription for massage therapy. NEVER ONCE DID SHE MENTION THAT. Since she told me they are covered, I went ahead and signed up for a year membership. WHAT A BUNCH OF CROCK.
Please inform your customers correctly rather than leading them to believe something that is a lie. Now I'll be paying for the massages out of pocket, when I thought they would have been covered by my FSA.
Shame on you for the deceit. Shame on me for believing you were an ethical business.
If any of you do have a debit card and pay for your massages that way, please be aware that eventually, your FSA carrier will ask you for the prescription and if you don't have one, you'll have to reimburse your FSA carrier. Be forewarned.
