  • I had very high hopes for this team of doctors. Their website and accompanying accolades makes them sound so perfect for every woman struggling with hormonal imbalance. Let me tell you - this team does not know hormones. Beyond their inconsistent practices (every person I saw had a different strategy and miracle pill), the office is just unprofessional. They are always significantly late, the staff is evasive and the Office Manager was clueless regarding issues she should know about (insurance info). Every time I needed a prescription refill, it took minimally 1 full week to fill despite multiple attempts by the pharmacy to reach them. The pharmacist actually recommended that I find a new doctor. I have seen a lot of doctors due to hormonal problems and this was the worst practice I have been to to-date, :( Very disappointed.
