  • Herbs & Rye is off the strip and worth every effort to get a reservation and go to. The Whisky/Bourbon list is possibly the best I'd ever/never seen. I simply kept telling the bartender to bring me something I'd never had. Belle Meade, Noah's Mill & EH Taylor are three of the best I had never had. With such a great bar - we didn't mind the wait for the table. The food is simply amazing. The sides are unique and add to a perfect steak. Not just plain old mashed potatos or green beans as sides - you could make a meal out of their quality sides that go with their perfect steak. Go here- drink - eat and you're welcome. I may go one night just to sit at the bar next time I'm in town.
