This place is ridiculous. I went in to have my Movado watch fitted and was quoted $10 for the service. It took the guy behind the counter three tries to get it right, which, no big deal, right? Wrong. Because it took HIM three tries to get it right, he thought he'd change the price to $15 to make up for the extra time. I'm not sure what the weather is like on the planet where this sounds like a good idea, but I was floored. Look, it's only $5, so I paid it because I really didn't have time to negotiate the "new" price on my lunch break. The moral for me is, this guy clearly has zero business ethics and could care less about the customer experience. Jewelry stores are a dime a dozen... do yourself a favor and skip this one.
