  • HORRIBLE!! DO NOT USE!! I scheduled a cleaning with PIP a week in advance, they confirmed availability the night before so I worked from home on the day of the cleaning to be available for the team when they arrived. After they did not show up an hour after the schedule arrival, I called, texted and emailed PIP. No response. They then emailed me 1.5hrs later and said they "tried to contact me earlier and the cleaning appointment had to be cancelled." This is NOT true, no one ever tried to contact me to give me a heads up that the appt would be cancelled. I was then left on the hook to clean my entire place hours before an event I was hosting. To add insult to injury, PIP called me 3 days later to try to bill me $150 for the cleaning service that was never provided!! This company is horrible. Terrible professionalism, no customer service. I would NOT recommend using this service.
