  • It is a nice apartment complex in a great neighborhood. For the most part, living there for a year was pleasant experience. The great, happy feeling was destroyed when I had received a bill from them. I was told that I can leave the key in their box at night and was charged additional day. I just wished I was informed. In addition, I was charged a cleaning fee even though I have cleaned it. I know what a professional cleaning. I have never been charged for a cleaning because every place I have lived has always credited me for cleaning. I'm clean freak so I know what clean means. I had been communicating with the management, including someone at their corporate office in Washington state. They kept insisting that I owe additional day or rent and cleaning. I just wanted to pay for utilities. I even agreed to split the cost of cleaning but they didn't agree and sent me to collection. Very unfair tactic. Would not recommend.
