  • Very impressed! From start to finish, I enjoyed my experience with Trusted Imports. Not often do you walk away from an automotive repair shop feeling good about your time and money spent, nor the service received. Andrew's customer service, professionalism, fair pricing and expedient fix time, by far exceeds any repair shops I've ever been to. My experience: The water pump in my 2008 Highlander with 151K miles was hanging on by a thread and needed replacement ASAP. (Not a small job) I called Trusted Imports and brought in my SUV the same day. Andrew graciously worked my vehicle right in and had it ready for pick up by noon the next day...at a price I would have paid twice over at a dealership and would have waited longer to be fixed. Read the reviews, those are real 5 stars. I will be referring family and friends and will be a repeat customer. Thanks Andrew!
