| - This was our second time . . . because it's in the neighborhood we thought we would give them a second chance even though the first time was not that great. There is nothing good about this place. We went there for lunch . . . walked in and were told to sit wherever we wanted, and then when we chose a spot out of the wind (all doors were open), we were told that whole area was reserved for large parties. There was one other couple in the restaurant and two people sitting at the bar. The waiter was surly, impatient, and uninformed. When we asked a question about the beers on draft, he snapped that he had no idea because it was 4th day on the job. There was no manager in sight. The beer, by the way, was warm. We ordered and waited forever for the food. Again, there was only one other table. The food was definitely not good. How do you ruin a basic burger? Put it on a smashed bun with a mealy tomato slice that was sliced 4 days ago and a brown-edged leaf of anything-but-crisp lettuce. It was awful. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was even worse. Even the french fries were terrible . . . they were a mix of crispy ones and pale, cold, floppy ones. Like they mixed an old batch and a new batch together. Gross. We took a couple of bites and asked for the check. Seriously, this place is bad. Don't waste your time or money.
