  • Kirsten B Rojas was very nice but just in a hurry to do the appointment. Besides the doctor, the office thinks they are organized but isn't. I had an appointment but was waiting for two hours and they even ask you to arrive an hour early. After the long wait they asked if I wanted to see a different doctor. I was livid and annoyed at that point. I said, "No." I waited for another 20 minutes and finally I was called back. But it didn't take another 30 minutes until I seen the doctor. Finally I met with her and was very sweet but in a rush. I was told to come back for an ultrasound. The back receptions to check out told me it was very easy to get in. Unfortunately that wasn't true. I was referred to another office because they weren't able to see me. It was very frustrating getting sent somewhere else to get an ultrasound done for them. The girl in the front was very rude and not so helpful. Lack of better words the receptionist Noemi wasn't happy to be there. The office I was referred to was very nice helpful and saw me right away.
