  • Do not go to this place! Jose is a scam! Overpriced and you will not have your phone fixed right or in the time promised. Then when he gets mad he puts your old screen on more damaged and throws it in your face. So don't create a conflict here or speak your opinion! Wish I would have read reviews before I went! They are all 1 star for a reason! Stay away just like the other locations are rated. They don't do the actual repairs here at this store. They are sent to the Rancho store. The owner Jose T is customer unfriendly and rude as a business owner. He does not care about his reviews or the issues that occur at the stores. Facts of my experience! I called this location on Friday morning I was told that my screen would be fixed on my iPhone 5 by 7 PM. I was told a price of $139 to fix the cracked screen and replace it. I went to the location one hour later I turn my phone and I was again told the phone that would be done by 7 PM close of business. I was charged the hundred and $39 as stated on the phone. Needless to say I have a job and had to work and got stuck at work so I come to the store at noon on Saturday. Just to be informed that my phone just got picked up for repair and was being taken to the rancho location. no phone call no information given just that the phone would be there today by 645 and there was nothing else they could do about it. At 6 PM I get a call from the store that now my phone is no longer working and is malfunctioning after they replaced the screen. They now would like to have my Apple ID and password to reset the entire phone. Remind you the screen was cracked and I was still using this phone up to the time I was in the lobby of the store I notified José this also he has no explanation or answer and started slandering Apple! I asked José will my phone be there by 645? I was informed by him that the phone would be there by 645. I show up at the store at 6:45 PM no phone. The phone is on its way from rancho and Bonanza it will be here soon. 710 my phone shows up phone is more damage than when I took it there and José did not replace the screen. He put the old screen on which is now cracked more and is not even lying flat on to the phone. So two days later I have no phone and it's damaged more than when I gave it to him. Jose is very unprofessional and apparently this is how he likes to treat his customers. Stay away just like all the other web reviews state and yelp reviews. Las Vegas iPhone repair does the repair cheaper and within 3 hours! Btw and they are customer friendly with great reviews!
