  • I called ahead for a gasket repair on my car. They said they had the part and could fix it for $600 which was $200 lower than FIrestone quoted. I dropped off the car and 15 minutes later they called me and said they don't have the part, but they can get a used part installed for $1300 and the repair will be done in a week. I said no way and when I went to pick up the car, they charged me $100 to check out the problem. They said they normally charge $120 per hour. These guys are liars and rip offs. Don't trust them.
