  • I had purchased a Groupon for a facial and had never been here before. It was a little awkward in the lobby as the receptionist was more concerned with her texts than the people coming in and out of the place. Once in the back, it seemed really messy and cluttered. I noticed the staff working with me had hands that smelled of moldy towels. Once she began the facial, I realized all of the wet towels stunk like crazy of mold. I had to tell her because it was just so unbelievably bad smelling. She said she didn't smell it because she worked with them all day but would let the owner know. She then used a bottle of aromatherapy oil held up to my nose every time she needed to use a wet towel. In the end I had to cringe when she put a towel on my back and rubbed it all over. I smelled so bad walking out of there. When I came home my partner told me I smelled like a dirty dishrag-she noticed before I even said a thing. I had to shower and change immediately. So happy this was a Groupon and I didn't have to pay the full price. I won't be returning.
