We were at Macy's Sunday to try and purchase a small couch/
love seat. We attempted to purchase it on line and it was a fiasco
and we could not complete the order. We decided to get to a store
in person and take care of it again. We had been to the Macy's
in Mesa, on the phone with Macy's and now we want to get it
done in person.
We arrived as the store opened and were immediately greeted by
Napoleon. He watched us but not too close as we walked the floor
looking for furniture, he interjected at the right time offering
constructive information and value when needed. We did find the
couch we were interested in and wrapped it up. Napoleon was
professional, friendly, patient and prompt. He explained every
step with us and we happy to give him the sale. It was a good way
to start our day and a good way to start his day.
