  • Thank you to Frank and Veterans Plumbing. I had two previous pipe burst issues in my house, my ceiling actually fell through, in a few months in my new house and none of the other plumbing companies dispatched through Fidelity Home Warranty identified there was a problem with my plumbing lines that kept bursting. They just wanted to keep coming out to make money. Frank came out for my third broken pipe in les than a year and told me right away the type of plumbing was out of code and would just continue to break. I verified with research that he was correct. I called them and they were out within a week and replaced all the lines at a fair price and work was done quickly and efficiently. They replaced with a material that has a 25 year warranty so I will have peace of mind. They said they would rather me have peace of mind than keep coming out. I trust them and appreciate them. I gave 4 stars because it is a little challenging to get them to schedule and show up, but they are honest and do good work.
