  • Super disappointing experience here. I went through the drive through and ordered two ham, egg and cheese sandwiches on English Muffins and hash browns. When I pulled up to the window the service was very slow. I double checked my order due to being a little concerned at the girls attitude and noticed they forgot the hash browns. When I mentioned my hash browns were forgotten, the girl said she didn't charge me for them when they did. It took a few minutes to wait for the hash browns which were over cooked. The girl then told me I owe $1.07. Luckily, I had the receipt and showed her that they did charge me. In reading the other reviews, after the fact, it appears that this location has received quite a few complaints. Sadly, I won't be back and I hope they train their current staff how to professionally and politely work with customers.
