  • Sales process was easy with a knowledgeable sales staff. Implementation was a total disaster. 8 different install cancellations/delays with one excuse after another. 2 1/2 weeks late, days of waiting for them with no call/no shows. the job it was done incorrectly with stuff I paid for never done or refunded. They kept telling me there is a big disconnect between the sale and execution side and that proves to be the case.
