  • This apartment complex was my first complex. I moved in considering the reviews were good. I have lived here for 1 year and 1 month and I'm getting out of here once my last month is up. i made the mistake of renewing my lease 7 months ago. Pros of living here include: Great location, nice apartments, and underground parking. Cons include: A/C unit has broken once and they couldn't figure out the problem, this being a summer evening it was hotter than 91 degrees in my apartment, they brought in a little ac unit that gave off more heat than cold air. On different occasions i have been given the wrong rent amount and then charged me another amount later in the month. I have had a problem with the staff after the front office has been closed. The way they enforced their rules and gave warnings was unacceptable and completely unprofessional. The walls are very thin and you can hear the people living above you walking around at all times. Work order requests take FOREVER to be filled. The crowd of people moving in to the complex lately has also been less than favorable. The front office is not willing to help you in anyway after their own mistakes. Above all I do not advise anyone to live here. They charge way more than the apartments are actually worth and the management is simply the worst. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
