  • This review is based on the sales department., Duane in particular. Now, years after our first purchase, We just received a notice in the mail that Duane, the Sales Manager has returned to Chapman. What an asset he is to the dealership! Unfortunately we no longer live in Arizona, otherwise we would be purchasing another vehicle through him. Our first experience happened on a weekend when my husband was out of town for a conference. Our Tahoe broke down and we opted for trading it in for a new car instead of having it repaired. While outside checking out vehicles, sales people walked right by myself and my little kids kids without acknowledging us. Duane asked if we needed help. Yes, we did. He made the purchasing process easy and he was being so kind and helpful to me and my little girls. A few years later we traded the little Cobalt in for a truck, and again, Duane was our go -to- person. If we were still in Arizona, we would definitely purchase a vehicle for our youngest through Duane.
