I've been to this location before since I've been in Vegas and it was okay. I have had my Mazda for 7 years, love it and have paid it off!! I'm from Colorado and am used to dealing with the dealership and had Premium Service, very similar to Mercedes Benz, the car my parents have. Since coming here, the service has been okay but not compelling enough at this point to make a recommendation to others who have Mazdas.
I was suppose to bring the car into the dealership for a recall and wanted to get a loaner car; however, I never received that phone call back to let me know that I could come in and drop my car off, pick up a loaner, and have my car serviced. Everyone is extremely "busy"; however, in order to maintain a level of loyalty and respect, there should be a certain level of expectation for the type of customer service that an organization strives for in order to build a positive reputation and relationships.
