So long story short this is the second time that I've had to use an auto repair shop in the last 5 years. So I did my homework because as I was not satisfied with the shop I used previously. Went on yelp and looked at the reviews this place had and I was sold.
The adjuster was cool, he was a new guy from what he told me. They took 11 days to fix some scratches on my rear bumper and rear wiper plus a broken windshield that was outsourced to safelite. In the initial paperwork they ask how they can make sure you are satisfied and I wrote down attention to detail. The adjuster was good about calling me for updates but I really didn't understand the jargon. Anyway long story short I don't feel like it was much different from my the last repair shop I used. Couple things I noticed was rubber adhesive stains in a few areas (which I I removed with nu finish scratch Dr. and it was good), the rear weatherstrip seal junction part seems off but they said it's normal. There was a couple of indentations on the rear bumper paint not sure from what. By the way my vehicle was a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan.
