We had wonderful people entrusted to our rats who loved them as there own, of which one Goji Berry tragically and suddenly died. While we were in London. They brought Goji to College Street Animal Hospital and I was informed today by our friends of this.
"the College Street Animal Hospital that took care of the cremation of Goji, completely ****** up.
Got the paw prints.. but the ashes (which they said over voicemail were ready to get picked up, literally "the ashes") were not there.
Because apparently after we said we wanted to keep the ashes and the paw prints, they didn't say there was a generic "communal" cremation where you don't get to keep the ashes and that that was what we were paying for even though we asked to get them, regardless of the cost.
When they were apologetic about it I just said "well, too late now"."
Wow this is completely unacceptable College Street Animal Hospital. Goji Berry was a member of our family. Simply written off with an empty apology. Would you do that to your own family?
Your business sounds like it is setup as a law suit waiting to happen.
