  • Updated my review from 2 stars to 1 as they are still incompetent. Don't waste your time, order from elsewhere. I know they are only one of a few places that delivers but use other services such as Postmates or Uber to get better food and service. ----- Well the food is pretty good for Charlotte, it is my definite go to place in the area. My issue is with the delivery. I've ordered through the Yelp app and also via phone. Each time it's the same thing. I give detailed directions to press a number on the call box and come up to the right floor/apt and that I don't get cell service on my phone in my place. Each time they call my phone off the hook and I end up having to go down there. My other issue is I ask for extra duck sauce each time and each time I get 2 packets. I know it sounds ridiculous but when you order $20 and $30 worth of food the least they can do is throw a few more in there. In the end I would say definitely go to the location for a great time but do not order delivery.
