  • I just had a delightful experience with Blinds USA. My dog had damaged a few of the slats in my sliding door (wooden) plantation;shutters and I was having a difficult time finding someone who would do a repair on them. Every other company was only interested in new installation. Chris and Jeffrey showed up right on time after calling first, and even though I was prepared for a 2 part visit that included ordering new slats, etc, they offered a way to do the repair on the spot. We discussed the options and the various costs and the job was done in less than15 minutes for half the originally quoted estimate!!!!! They didn't try to gouge me which was a welcome relief from an experience I had yesterday with a different vendor for a separate issue. I have already recommended them to someone else and would definitely use them in the future.
