  • I partly judge a Mexican restaurant by the Queso Fundido (cheese with chorizo), and theirs is really great. Order it and really enjoy - and use it on the chips. The best Mex in Champaign. I know Mexican is very different in varoius parts of the country -- and many dishes in Mexico would not go over well in the MidWest. Only been to Prospect location. And like the outdoor (even if a bit too close to the street area) on a nice warm day with a Margarita!
