  • The m highlight are the noodles, which are made in-house and are very fresh. Aside from that, I do not like this place. My main issue is with the meat. They serve very poor quality cuts of meat that in my opinion are disgusting. I have been to China and other authentic Chinese restaurants therefore I would not call The Noodle Man unauthentic, but it has been the last straw in turning me away form Chinese food altogether.
