  • We attempted to check in at 11:30am the front desk lady states that the room was not ready yet, she said to come back or call in 1 hr, we sat in the bar and after an hour we approach the front desk, lady said the room is ready but there is a $28 fee for early check in, what a rip off!! Ask to talk to a Manager who was next to her and completely ignoring us us, I ask if she can make an exception she rudely said NO! $28 or come back at 4pm. Avoid this place is a trap spend the same amount and book a hotel in the strip, WORST Experience RUDE employees. If I could I would rate this place minus -5.
