  • Buy here only if you want someone to call you a few times every month to see if you are ready to sell your car. Calls started about a year after I bought my Hyundai Sonata new 2011. I understand that this might be a way to generate more business but this is edging on harassment. They have increased in volume recently to almost once a week. I have asked multiple reps nicely to take me off their calling list to no avail. The last call I received was 2 days ago. The rep's name was Alex. I told him I was not interested and that I want my name off the list and I have asked several times. I also asked him to transfer me to a manager. He said okay and then hung up on me....we did not get disconnected....I heard the distinct click. I called back and again asked to speak with a manager. I got one on the phone and told him to get me off the f#$^ing list. I should not have dropped the f-bomb but you cannot understand the frustration until you have been on the receiving end. He told me all I had to do was ask nicely. I guess the other 10+ times I have asked was not enough. I now wait and see if someone with some intelligence has deleted me out of their system. They have lost any chance of getting any of my future business and it makes me question if I will ever buy a Hyundai again because of the lack of professionalism.
