They've changed how they sell tickets so you pick your seats. While this may sound great, it's not. If you don't buy your tickets in advance and try to do it at the theater, you'll probably not get a seat. No one picks a seat directly next to another person, so there's a bunch of single seats, but none together. So when you get to the theater, you get stuck with the first 2 rows...which are terrible. I'm not the only one who left - I watched other groups leave for the same reason. This eliminates a spur of the moment trip to the movies. I'll take my business elsewhere, even though it means driving a little farther. What a dumb policy.
