If I could give "No Stars" I honestly would. The manager, Daniel, does not care about his customers one bit. I had called the store asking about do you take virtual Visa cards and the accounts payable woman that works their could not verify that they do. I understand that that because she is not the owner and does not want to get wrapped up in a situation, so she directs me to the manager. After talking with Daniel he expresses that he CAN do the virtual visa he just has to be there. So we set up a meeting for him and I to be at the Charlotte store. Which is on Valentines Day. After I get off work on Wednesday (Valentines Day) at 5pm, I get ready to drive to Tint World. Something told me to call to make sure Daniel was going to be there. Make a long story short the Manager left to store early, at least that is what the accounts payable lady told me. She tells me that the manager will be back the next day at 8am. WHO DOES THAT!!!!!???? I am LIVID because the manager ruined my Valentine's Day. We agreed on us meeting so I can use my virtual visa. It was about $100. I asked the account lady to leave Daniel a message. I expressed how angry I was and that he needs to call me ASAP. Fast forward 2 Days later, no call. So I made it a mission to give him a call. I got a hold of the manager. I told him my name and he act like he didn't know who I was. Then he goes to say "I vaguely remember our conversation and I normally write down appointments that I suppose to have but I didn't write yours down. I am a very busy man and I jump from office to office, and for me to do a virtual visa i am going to have to get authorization from corporate ." If that was the case, you should have told me that the day before. Excuse my French but THAT POOR FUCKING MANAGEMENT!!! As a client you make it a point to go above and beyond to make them happy. You basically said my life is more important than yours. He then tried to smooth it over with a $25 gift card. No No No! That's not how you do things. You should have apologized first instead of last. This place deserves 1 star not 2. Anyone who is reading this.....do yourself a favor and go to another tint shop. They do not care about their customers on but and Daniel, that so call "manager", needs to get his self together and make his clients a priority. We keep your business afloat.
