First, I love Apple and my Mac. I own a white Macbook and it's almost 2 years old. The battery cover was cracked and was starting to bow from the bottom of the computer. I decided to call Apple first and get some answers. The friendly customer service rep was able to schedule an appointment for me at the Legacy Store. I got in the store and was checked in. I didn't wait very long before I was called to the genius bar. The employee that worked with me was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to replace the part, marking it as a defect, right then and there. I was in and out of the store in about 20-25 minutes with a brand new part. Great customer service! Gotta love Apple!
