  • McKee ranch is a non profit foundation which is family owned and committed to protecting and promoting farming and ranching life and Nevada. You shouldn't come here expecting it to be a normal for profit business that's fully staffed and ready to give you a tour. The ranch is open for visitors and it is suggested that you make a donation when you come. Suggested donation is $5 per person or $20 per family. They're honest, country-folk who just trust that you'll do the right thing. So there is just a bucket where it's marked 'donation area' for you to leave your deposit. Feel free to pack a lunch and bring the whole family. There's play areas for the kids and lots of animals to see and feed. Once again, Use that country common-sense Watch your kids, wear appropriate shoes and be nice to the animals. The ranch is available for weddings and birthday parties. They also have farm fresh eggs and milk for a donation. Wonderful owners! Say hi to Max and Christi!
