  • What can I say, its Starbucks!! Ok since some differ from here to there, let me get to it. This one has a drive thru. Service is ok. Definitely not the friendliest staff. I did get the drive thru gal to smile after making a joke, however prior to that it was kinda cold shoulder action from all 3 staff members. Note- I was inside the store. Merchandise looked a little dusty and the shelves seemed neglected. I guess overall my expectations must be too high? I expect service to be fast, friendly and efficient!! I do not care for eye rolls or snobby like behavior just because YOU WORK at Starbucks, NOT OWN, and if you owned a Starbucks and in any way, shape, or form, gave me that attitude or air I would NEVER return!!! It is, what it is, my opinion, and frankly I'm over it. Hopefully for future patrons this gets addressed. I probably won't come back to this location though.
