First of all this is a Chinese restaurant that serves Chinese food, not Chinese American food. It was the best Chinese food I have had since I got back from China earlier this year. We started with salted pork and winter melon soup. It was excellant. The cold dish was spicy beef tendons. Very tasty and a really differant kind of spicy burn. It burned just the front of your tongue. We had pork dumplings, cabbage and a pork and garlic dish. I enjoyed all of them. They tasted like the food in China. The cabbage had small shrimp in it that we were not expecting and it was our least favorite dish. The sevice is typical Chinese. The soup came with the beef tendons. Then the cabbage and pork came out. Finally well into the meal the (appetizer) dumplings came out. If you share with everyone at the table it really doesn't matter what comes out when. I look forward to returning.
It would have been nice to not have the tvs on. I like to enjoy my dining companions and the food. I can watch tv at home.
