rev:text	After not receiving a call back from my parts guy and leaving multiple messages, I went elsewhere to N Scottsdale BMW (they were great!). Left a crappy review and moved on. Management found out and sent drivers to go pick up the parts i had to order from Scottsdale. Hopefully all goes well when my husband picks these up later. Bad things can hapoen, but how management handles it from there is what counts. Other than management everyone else I have dealt with has been very rude. Entitled. There are a lot of good people looking for jobs it might be time for management to consider...
