  • Mind,body, soul. My friend made me go to her yoga studio(103) after hearing about some issues I was having after having my baby. She swore I'd love it and it would help me relax. Since then I have been twice. I purchased the 30 day trial and it is unlike any other yoga class I've ever been to. My first class was a little intimidating because it was a flow 2 and everyone in the class looked very lean and fit. I wasn't able to to keep up much but still enjoyed the class itself. My second class was with Autum. She was extremely personable and gave attention to people who were either new or wanted to push themselves a little further. Her class was the perfect pace for a newbie or someone with a small experience with yoga(or more). I really like that the two classes I took at 103 were the only times I've taken a class and had a totally cleared head the entire class! I can honestly say that although my poses are not great, I still reaped the mental benefits of relaxation and challenge. The entire class was focused on challenging yourself. I highly recommend this studio for yogis of all levels.
