  • Our toilet was clogged upon check in and we called to get it fixed. 3 hours later nothing was fixed and after we called down to the front desk again they brought us up a plunger and handed it to us. And I said ok so I'm supposed to plunge this by myself and she replied with "yeah I have 13 more check ins downstairs". At 2am. Ridiculous and appalling.
