  • The food at Mint Thai Cafe is AWESOME!! My family and I have been coming to Mint Thai for about 14 years now. This is the best Thai food in the valley!! The yellow curry has a wonderful mix of flavors! The sizzling beef will make you moan with pleasure! We have tried almost everything on the menu and never been disappointed! The waitresses are very friendly and know us by name. The yum Yai salad is crisp fresh and delicious! The golden nest appetizers are golden crispy potato "nest" filled with chicken, peas and green onions and comes with a sweet spicy sauce! Wish there were more than 4 to an order! Just try this restaurant, your taste buds will rejoice!! Can't say enough about the high quality food here!! Corrine Jones
