  • I walked into Lens Crafters to look at frames. They had a large selection of women's frames. From the very basic to high dollar glam. The doctor was available then. I got my eyes examined then. As it turned out I had almost perfect far vision. Near sighted my eyes needed correction. They were honest and told me that I only needed over the counter reading glasses. They did not try to sell me prescription glasses. They did give me a written prescription. Lens Crafters offers discounts to AARP members. This discount made the exam cheaper than Walmart or Sam's Club. Very nice staff. Helpful and knowledgable.
