  • I've been wanting to eat here for awhile now and finally got the chance to. My experience went from really good to not good at all. My friends and I had a really enthusiastic and nice server. We all ordered milkshakes and got a round of fried pickles. All which were really good. I've had better fried pickles, since their batter was super heavy and made for chicken, but they were still good. We ordered our food and we waited FOREVER for it. 3 other tables that got there after us were getting their food before us. Finally when the food came out, my burger was COLD. I'm not joking, it had no heat. It was obvious that it was sitting out the whole time we were waiting. I'm guessing our waitress either forgot or she didn't put all of our orders in. So I sent the burger back, the manager came out with the new one, didn't even say they were sorry or that they would comp the burger, nothing. She just said "here you go, how's everyone else's? Okay good" and walked away. The new burger also tasted a bit raw, too, but I didn't have the time or energy to say anything else. The only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is because the milkshakes are great and so are the fries and I liked the decor. But I am definitely not going back. I would choose Burgatory any day over this place.
