| - Went into this new business to try out their massage with their cheap intro incentive (will be trying the facial next week and will report back). So far, I have to say that I am thrilled. Everyone was efficient and friendly, but, most importantly, my massage with Gina was outstanding. Excellent and left me ready to come back for more -- and I am a tough customer! I give LaVida 4 stars, which I might bump up to a 5 after my facial and once they fully settle in (some things, like hooks on the doors, are still in process). The only negative was the automatic fan and harsh light in the bathroom -- at a spa you don't want to walk from calm bliss into jarring light and a loud fan. It's just no fun. Otherwise, from the cucumber water to the essential oils and smiling faces, excellent. If they keep this up they will be the place to beat.
*** Later: the massages are still good, but the facial was, perhaps, the most amateur one I have had in 10 years. Not worth even giving a second chance IMHO.
