  • Lol just called to see if they might have an opening for a bath tomorrow. Whoever answered sounded like they hated their job. Barely got the question out before they said sighed and rudely said "No we don't." Okay cool. MOST groomers would say "Sorry, we don't, but we have openings on ______." So I took it upon myself to ask when the next opening they have might be. The groomer does a huuuuge long sigh and says "Monday." Bro. I can't bring my pet here because if you treat my dog the same way you treat somebody trying to BRING YOU MONEY and business.... then I would be a bad pet owner. Disrespectful and unenthusiastic. P.s. I called the competitor down the street and while they also didn't have a last minute opening .... they were nice and provided me with options:) No wonder they have better ratings. Screw you too, Petco.
