Being a HHonors Member and staying at alot of other hotels inside and outside of the Hilton family. Let m first start off checking in was no issue but when i needed to microwave something there was no turntable inside. I called down to front services and a engineer came up and gave me a plate way to big and so i had to call back down and they told me someone would be right up. Its been 2 hours since i called and complain to the manger on duty. The manger said she only has one maitence aka enginner onduty tonight. For a hotel this big they should have at least 2 on a sunday. I then had a problem getting into my room after a long night in the strip and ofcourse my keys wouldnt let me in. I had to go back downstairs to get new keys 4 times till finally the 4th pair worked. This is unexablable for a hotel. I will be contacting hilton about this issue. This happen in room 539
