  • Everything we had to eat was good-very good. Service was definitely the low point of our experience, although friendly it was pretty slow. Fried chicken skins are great! The chicken thighs were delicious but a bit pricey. Same goes for the empanadas. The bacon jam, short rib sliders and brownie dessert were ok but I don't think I'd order any of them again. I think Carson Kitchen did well enough for me to recommend it to my friends.
