This place deserves less then a star for the way their mechanics try to discourage people service by saying it's going to take over 4 hours for an oil change (they say it every time i go and it takes less then an hour each time) i live across the street so i don't care.
I go in at 930 am and ask for an oil change and he says it's going to take hours, idc. I ask for a coolant flush and Kodra says, "why?" DA FUCK YOU MEAN WHY?!??! Cause I'm aking you to perform a paid service that I'm PAYING YOU FOR. I can't ask you to do more but you can write me a 2,000 estimate on what my car needs but not call me in 7.5 hours to tell me why or ask to start performing services?! Before I'd get calls asking too perform services on my car as needed and I'd give the yes or no. I got nothing as I was at work waiting for a call (i didn't mind the wait cause of work) Does pepboys not want more services on cars? Because this assistant sure isn't acting like they do.
Hector on the sales floor was on point and always is. He hustles, and I mean hustles to help you out!! He wants to help you out and save you money. I didn't take his advice cause I was in a bad mood at the time, but that didn't discourage his enthusiasm.
