  • Owner was extremely rude. She even called me a dumb blonde. I would not recommend anyone to buy a lock from this location if you rent storage space. My lock that I purchased wouldn't unlock. So she charged me a $20.00 fee to break the lock, and tried to sell me another lock. She even denied that they sold the lock to me. The employee was a nice guy but he was unable to break the lock. So I asked him to leave it on until I brought a lock from another location. When I went to get my money back, the owner got very upset and told me to get my things out. She kicked me out of the office! I will definitely be getting my things out ASAP. Worst Customer Service ever!
