  • One of my absolute favorite Japanese restaurants in all of Las Vegas, and you don't have to go to the Strip for it! Sushi Hiro is small but quaint and warm/homey. It is extremely authentic down to the chefs, waitstaff, and oshibori (warm towel service). The waitresses all speak Japanese and some of them are even starting to recognize my family and me due to our frequent visits. The prices are as expected for a good Japanese restaurant; slightly higher but not exorbitant, and great value considering the extremely high quality of the food. Service is phenomenal and courteous. The interior is clean and sleek. They take reservations but I can usually get a table without a reservation as well. I love their main menu, and they have rotating specials as well. They have some sushi too (not AYCE), but I would come here for their more traditional fare. Their chirashi is a very popular item, and they give a lot of food! Overall, the food here is exquisite; I am starting to drool just thinking about it! Definitely come here for amazing Japanese food; I recommend it to others all the time!
