  • Sadly due to poor customer service we will not be returning or recommending this shop. Came in Sunday morning @ 9:20 am to buy $85 worth of dog food. No one was there to great me. Finally the groomer apologized for the employee that was working the floors absence and assured me she would be returning shortly. 20 minutes later..... she finally returned and blamed the service of Craft Kitchen for her absence from the store. I was beside myself that she blamed an eatery for her leaving the shop unattended for over 20 minutes so that she could acquire a coffee and juice for herself. (These are things my employees are required to obtain before they clock in and not leave 25 minutes into their shift to get). I would have left and not purchased the food if it were not for the fact that I was in immediate need of it. I love small business and am a small business owner myself. But I cannot condone such poor service or recommend to my friends in the event they also experience such bad employee descisions.
