  • Thank you, Howard Seftel for your review in The Republic. Best BBQ in Phoenix! The 40 minute wait was totally worth it, just for the cheesy jalapeño grits! Then there was brisket so tasty and tender you can cut it with a plastic fork! Did I mention the smoked pecan pie? Whoa! Scott the owner told us his story and let us get up and close to the smoker. All the people in this joint are happy!
