  • I needed to find a new place to get my oil changed so I took a risk and took it to the dealer. Surprisingly it wasn't a bad time at all. I called on Monday to get an appointment and spoke to a guy name Brandon and he told me if we set an appointment that it would only take about an hour. So I brought it in and another guy greeted me. Shorter Hispanic guy and said he would get Brandon for me. Brandon was nice and asked me if I wanted it washed for free. Obviously I said "Yes ". The waiting room was alright, I wished they had better TV channels, the playoffs were on and I couldn't watch them. Free water was a bonus. It took about 30 minutes and Brandon came up to the waiting room and said the mechanics recommended the air filter be changed and I declined. The car was done in about 20 minutes and I paid a little more than the quoted cost due to taxes. Overall GREAT experience. I was expecting bad but everything went exactly ad planned! I was surprised and will back to see Brandon! Thank you.
